Order online using a part number, keyword or vehicle search. Check the part number and fitment before purchase. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars; catalogue currency must be confirmed before live sales. In staff-confirmed request mode, submission is a request, not an accepted order. Availability, prices, shipping and taxes require staff confirmation; no payment is collected. Sandbox checkout, when enabled, uses test payments only. A $25 merchandise minimum applies to paid orders. For approved trade accounts, separately agreed credit terms apply.
Winners Circle supplies coast to coast across Canada. Availability, destination and carrier service determine dispatch and delivery. Next-day delivery may be available for some stocked parts and local routes; it is not guaranteed. Shipping charges for staff-confirmed requests are confirmed by staff before order acceptance. In sandbox checkout, non-dealer shipping within Canada is estimated at $15 CAD. Dealer shipping is calculated separately and added to the order. Store pickup has no shipping charge. Applicable taxes and delivery terms are confirmed with the order. For damage or shortages, record the issue with the carrier promptly, retain packaging and contact Winners Circle so the claim can be investigated.
Out-of-stock items can be added to your cart. In request mode, displayed prices are estimates subject to staff confirmation. Backordered quantities are identified before checkout and in the order record. We will notify you when these items will be available. Pickup customers must wait for an email confirming the order is ready before coming to the store.
Contact Winners Circle within 15 days of the original invoice to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Approval is required before sending anything back. Approved discretionary returns must be new, unused, in original packaging, with the invoice and RGA, and shipped prepaid. Opened, altered or repackaged items may be refused. A 20% restocking charge may apply (25% for WISECO). Discretionary returns are not accepted for carburetors, carburetor parts, electrical parts, manuals, discontinued or obsolete parts, or special orders. Defects are assessed separately under warranty and applicable law.
Manufacturer warranty terms apply where available. Contact us for the manufacturer’s inspection process before returning a suspected defective part. Confirm your exact model, year, engine and OEM reference before installation; catalogue information is a guide, not a service manual. Use a qualified technician where appropriate. Nothing in these policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Your cart is stored in your browser. Checkout requires a customer session; guests provide a name and email without creating an account. Account passwords are hashed, and essential cookies secure browsing and checkout sessions. Guest email addresses are not verified and do not grant access to past orders.
